Basic Definitions
Normal Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays
System Down Condition: Any hardware failure on a server causing complete system inoperability.

Travel is charged @ $30/hr and $0.45/km for any travel outside the Greater Edmonton area
(Greater Edmonton area includes St. Albert and Sherwood Park). Travel for service on site in
the greater Edmonton area is charged a flat rate of $20 (.5 hrs @ $40/hr) per incident.
Outside of Normal Business Hours, all hourly rates including travel are increased by a factor of 1.5.
2. Prepaid Blocks of Service Time
Depending on the amount of the prepaid block of time, discounts are provided on the standard rates.
**Parts if required are not covered under a prepaid and will be invoiced separately.**

3. Depot Server Hardware Configuration
Cost: $200.00 per Server
Includes:
Install Server Options (ie Hard Drives, Controllers etc.)
Update to latest Firmware and Flash Bios

4. Depot Network Operating System Install (Novell, Microsoft or SCO)
Cost: $500.00 per Server
Includes:
Basic NT4.0 or Win2000 Server Install
Basic Netware 4.x, 5.x, or 6.x Install
Basic OpenServer or UnixWare Install
Latest Service Packs/Patches
Latest Hardware Drivers
5. Depot Desktop/Notebook Hardware Configuration
Cost: $30.00 per Workstation + $10.00 per Option
Includes:
Update to latest Firmware and Flash Bios
Diagnostic Check
One Option
Options:
Operating System Explode (for new OEM Systems)
Network Card Installation
RAM Upgrade
CDROM Installation
Hard Drive Installation
Fax Modem Installation
Sound Card Installation
Other options not listed are available for configuration. Pricing will be determined on a per incident basis.
